IT'S OPEN!
I am really, really proud to announce that my brand spankin' new studio is open! Built by the wonderful Tracy Brunger - who I can highly recommend for any similar project! It just needs a lick of paint to the outside when the better weather comes - but, after months of planning, it is ready for business! Sleeping Beauty
Well, it's long been a dream of mine, so I am more than delighted to say that finally it has come true! I have a brand spanking new studio! Images will follow (as soon as there's a lick of paint on it!) but in the meantime, here is one of the cutest shoots I have done in it! A very special shoot for me :) ...and what an adorable little angel, who made it all the more enjoyable xx

The First Shoot in My Studio!
It was such a great pleasure to welcome this lovely family into my new studio!! They were such good sports, turning a blind eye to the unfinished floor and the patchy paint! It will be finished very soon - but this was a very exciting shoot for me nonetheless!
Eddleston Mini Sessions
Well, the end of another busy 'Eddleston Mini Sessions' with people traveling far and wide for a portrait session! This year's event was even busier than the last! A big thanks to all involved who made it possible - from the teachers at Eddleston Primary (Miss Bean in particular), the volunteers who came to help and of course, to all of the clients that came to see me. It was lovely to see some familiar faces from last year's event, as well welcome some new faces along too! AND to top it all off, we raised £230 for the school!! X

A very Special Occassion!
It's always an honor to cover a friend's wedding, this one was certainly no exception! Cath and I go back a long way and this is a day I have been very excited for :) She has met and married her perfect man and I couldn't be happier for them both! Congratulations again to Mr and Mrs Matthews :) XX
Brotherly Love!
I met two very cute little people for a shoot this weekend! It was so lovely to see the proud big brother looking after his younger sibling as the shoot progressed :)
Sisters Doing it for Themselves...
As part of my Women's Sessions I was asked to take some portraits of two sisters whilst they were together on a short break! These two ladies were a lot of fun to photograph :)

This was a great, quirky maternity shoot! Kim is really into her spiritual awareness and asked for a shoot with a difference! I am always happy to oblige, and we got some great shots in the autumn colours :)

Baby Ashton's Return to the Studio!
Little baby Ashton popped by for the second of his three photoshoots today! He is now six months old and is fast becoming a real cheeky chappy!! We had tremendous fun on this photosession!
Birthday Boy!
Happy Birthday to wee Josh as he reaches his first Birthday!! Josh came along to see me on Saturday for his birthday photo-session! We were just about lucky enough with the weather to do some shots on his choo-choo train!!

This weekend I met little newborn baby Daniel. He was so tiny and posed like a little angel! Congratulations again to his mum and dad! :)
Autumn colours.....
I love the change of seasons and how it brings about so many new photo ideas and inspirations!
I spotted this little crab apple tree and thought the orange was very striking!! All I needed was a little volunteer...and she did enjoy playing in things she shouldn't have been afterwards!
